We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same day.

(Excluding Vast paddle boards and watersport items, which can take an extra day to prepare and dispatch)

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our standard 2-3 day delivery service and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our express 1-2 day delivery service. We also offer a Special Delivery Next Working Day service on certain products.

Please note:Vast Paddle boards, oversized items and water sport items are usually dispatched via UPS from a separate warehouse and take an extra day to prepare for shipment. For this reason we do not recommend upgrading your shipping service, since it will not affect the delivery date.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change your address. You will need to contact the courier, quoting your tracking number, to amend this.

Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date. Please make sure items are returned as new, complete, unused, unworn and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

We take great care when we ship your order to make sure it is well protected. Please be careful when opening and inspecting your order to make sure you do not damage the item or the packaging.
We will not refund items which have been used, worn, damaged or are missing any original packaging, security tags, labels or protective coverings.

Royal Mail FREE Returns

Simply attach the label to your parcel and drop off at any Post Office. Once received, we will check the condition of the item returned and we look to process a refund within 3 working days.

The refund will be made back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer when goods are supplied faulty, or not as described. Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

Please note that some larger items may need to be returned via other methods. For bulky/oversized items please contact us to arrange collection by courier.

All iWEAR products come with a 12 month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.
